HOW TO ORDER PRINTED PLASTIC BAGS:

FAX TOLL FREE - All orders and/or inquires can be faxed 24 hours a day.
EMAIL - Questions or order inquires can be handled by email - firstname.lastname@example.org. We always prefer to speak to our customers, but we will always respond to your email within the day.
- E-COMMERCE - You can order immediately using our e-commerce secure ordering system. All orders will be confirmed via phone, fax or email. Your credit card will not be charged until order is confirmed with you.
TERMS OF SALE:
CREDIT CARDS - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your order will be confirmed with you before your credit card is charged. Custom products, which may have over or under-runs will be partially charged when order is placed, with the balance charged when product is shipped. Please note there will be a credit card surcharge of 3% on all charges over $1,000 +. All charges will be confirmed with you.
PAY IN ADVANCE - Customers who do not have an open account with us, and do not wish to use a credit card, may send a check in advance. You will be advised how much deposit and/or total amount is due.
OPEN ACCOUNT - Open account billing (Net 30 days) may be requested if you have previously placed order(s) with us and have completed a credit application, which must be approved by our credit manager.
FREIGHT - Most orders are shipped "Ground UPS" unless otherwise requested, or if common carrier shipment is less expensive. We do not make money on freight. You will be advised of freight charges (or given an approximation), and billed for that exact amount when invoice is sent.
- INVOICES - You will receive an invoice for all orders, even if paid in advance by check or credit card. The invoice will reflect any deposit or credit card charges previously applied, and any balance due can/will be charged to your credit card or to be paid by check within 30 days. Payments not received in 30 days will be charged to your credit card along with a 3% processing fee on the balance due.

DROP SHIPMENTS - We can drop ship in your name (if requested) to any of your customers.
CLAIMS / CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS - All merchandise is guaranteed to be satisfactory to you. We will accept returns less restocking charge for stock items. Custom items are not returnable. All items are returnable if they are defective, and will be exchanged if you are not satisfied. No exchanges after 15 days. We will pay return freight charges on defective and/or incorrectly sent merchandise.
TIMELY DELIVERIES - We will advise you when products will be shipped. Stock items ship within 1-2 days. Custom items range from as little as 1 week to as much as 16 weeks. You will be advised of approximate ship date, and this will be confirmed before your order is placed, and credit card is charged.
LIABILITY - We have no control over what you do with the products we sell once they leave our factory, therefore we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we, any manufacturers we contract, or our agents liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising our of the use or inability to use any of our products.
